In a group of 4, we were required to carry out a case study to analyse the effect of thermal comfort in person and the chosen space relating to lighting and shading. Passive solutions for both shading and lighting need to be suggested after criticising the space in terms of thermal comfort by referring to MS1525, UBBL and GBI.

Reflection
Throughout this assignment, I gained a lot of knowledge on the components of environmental factors and conditions also realised the importance of passive design strategies in improving the situation of the chosen space. Besides, I get the chance to learn to render 3D models using SketchUp.
Me and my teammates were able to complete this assignment with the help and guidance of Dr.Siti in every tutorial classes. Lastly, I will value and apply the knowledge I possessed in this module in the future.
